Mars voltooit de overname van SYNLAB Vet, een Europese leverancier van gespecialiseerde veterinaire laboratoriumdiagnostiek
SYNLAB Vet wordt onderdeel van de divisie Science & Diagnostics van Mars Petcare, om diagnostiek en technologie te leveren aan meer dierenartsen en huisdieren in Europa
McLean, Virginia, VS (29 september 2023) — Mars, Incorporated (“Mars”) heeft vandaag bekendgemaakt dat het zijn eerder aangekondigde overname van de activa van SYNLAB Vet van SYNLAB Group (FSE: SYAB) heeft voltooid. SYNLAB Vet maakt nu deel uit van de divisie Science & Diagnostics van Mars Petcare, waardoor een bredere dekking van diagnostiek en technologie mogelijk is. Hierdoor wordt R&D versneld en wordt de toegang tot oplossingen voor de gezondheidszorg voor huisdieren wereldwijd uitgebreid.
