Product Specialist for Laboratory Diagnostic (m/f/d)

Your tasks: 
•    Support for our laboratory diagnostics team for The Netherlands in the Middle and Southern area (Limburg, Nordbrabant, Zeeland, Zuidholland, Utrecht, Gelderland).
•    You assume regional responsibility for looking after the existing customer base and carry out regular customer visits to maintain customer relationships.
•    You are responsible for the competent explanation, demonstration, instruction, and sale of our innovative in-house laboratory systems in veterinary practices.
•    Implementation of device connections to the practice management software.
•    Support for our customers with technical questions about our devices.
•    You will support our field service team in presenting our products and services at industrial exhibitions, specialist congresses and training courses.
•    You support the development of mailing measures and follow them up by telephone.
•    To achieve sales goals, you support the implementation of strategies and action plans to increase sales and customer acquisition in cooperation with the field service management.
•    Timely maintenance of customer data and creation of visit reports in the CRM system.

Your profile: 
•    You have completed training in the medical or commercial field or have successfully completed a degree in veterinary medicine, agricultural sciences or biology.
•    You enjoy dealing with people and animals and communicate confidently with customers.
•    Initial experience in the field of laboratory diagnostics, medical technology or in sales is of advantage.
•    Similar professional field is an advantage.
•    Working in a team is just as natural for you as personal commitment.
•    You have a high degree of self-organization and always keep an eye on closing deals.
•    Good knowledge of the Dutch & English language, both written and spoken, as well as computer skills (Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Power Point, Excel) are essential for the position.
•    The position requires a high willingness to travel by car.
